What This Warranty Does Not Cover

- Improper care, storage, or handling.
- Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, finish fading on cases or settings.
- Water damage beyond rated resistance (watches only).
- Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations to pieces.
- Incidental damages: lost use or income.
- Batteries (watches) unless manufacturing defect; gem recertification.
